This program starts with a Prescreen and then choosing a Stop date. It contains the following:
**A Super-Intake or about a 2.5 hour First Session (if already a client);
**A Standard Session (about one hour long) 3 to 4 days later; and,
**A second Standard Session that you may use as you wish.

Since hypnosis is usually a peaceful and deeply healing experience that builds on each previous experience, you may wish to return simply because it feels fantastic!

This program is dedicated to my mother, Loretta, who struggled with quitting cigarette smoking for years before shed died in 1995 of lung cancer, she was only 58. We didn't know about Hypnosis for quitting smoking back then, but we do now, don't we?
